Service Drive Manager Job Description

Overview:

The Service Drive Manager at Eide Chrysler St Cloud is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service drive, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of service advisors and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and supervise service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Service Drive Operations: Monitor service drive activities to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes, implement company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Shop Proficiency: Monitor shop proficiency and work flow to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Proficiency in automotive service operations, including knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Education and Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications or education requirements.
