Froster Job Description

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're looking for a skilled Froster to join our team. As a Froster, you'll be responsible for putting the finishing touches on our delicious cakes, making every moment extra special for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Frosting Expertise: Follow our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
  • Cake Decoration: Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure an adequate supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure Nothing Bundt Cakes standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.

Requirements:
