Job Title: Lead Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our team at ECCO Select. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that our structural designs exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, construction, and R&D, to deliver cohesive and integrated project solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including construction documents and engineering reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering fields.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado, or the ability to obtain Colorado licensure through comity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience, with a focus on residential and commercial structural design.
  • Strong preference for candidates with expertise in concrete structural design.
  • Experience in leadership and team management roles.
