Role Summary:

As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in cultivating a team of exceptional associates, ensuring remarkable customer experiences, and driving growth for Bath & Body Works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate top talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to enhance the sales skills of associates.
  • Lead by example to drive performance and accountability among team members.
  • Engage with customers to build loyalty and gather feedback.
  • Manage payroll effectively while maintaining a focus on sales.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
