KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership
  • Inspire and motivate the team by articulating a clear vision that aligns with the company's core values.
  • Serve as the leader on duty, consistently demonstrating the brand's customer service standards.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting performance and behavior standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors to cultivate a high-performing and customer-focused culture.

Results Orientation
  • Assist the Store Manager in executing both short-term and long-term business strategies to drive key performance indicators and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage payroll and scheduling to optimize productivity and meet daily targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to make informed business decisions that enhance results.
  • Utilize technology to improve customer engagement and drive performance metrics.
  • Contribute to achieving all financial targets related to revenue and expenses.
  • Build customer loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences and effective use of social media.
Talent Development
  • Recruit, hire, and develop sales associates to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
  • Train and coach the team, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Support the annual performance review process for associates.
  • Promote employee engagement by recognizing outstanding contributions.
  • Execute all responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment practices and policies.
  • Identify and address customer and performance issues promptly, collaborating with management for resolution.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain the company's brand standards by ensuring a neat, organized, and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed effectively within designated timelines.
  • Analyze merchandise reports to make strategic merchandising decisions that enhance sales.
  • Oversee the efficient handling of merchandise, from receipt to sales floor presentation, while adhering to operational procedures.
  • Support management in maintaining compliance with audit standards and loss prevention protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred 2+ years of retail or management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and delegate effectively.
  • Strong capability to develop and mentor others.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated skills in time management, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
