Human Resources Coordinator

At IvyMax San Marino Corp, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our daily operations. This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director and provide data and contracting support, including resume filtering, file maintenance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee database and assist with interview arrangements
- Prepare employee forms and contracts for signatures
- Ensure data accuracy and assist in the development and implementation of HR data-related projects and initiatives
- Support HR team members and serve as a backup for recruitment
- Work on special projects given by the HR Manager and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of human resource experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
