Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor Level II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the professional growth of our team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. This role will provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Carry a caseload to meet set billable services, including providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month and ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.
- Manage a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients.
- Supervise a team of behavior technicians, including providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
- Spanish Bilingual is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Actively enrolled in a master's program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- 1 year experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals.
- 1 year experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals including direct service delivery with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and broad range of ages.
- Minimum of 1 year supervision experience including Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
