Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic, cat scan, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, or special procedures according to department protocols. They will also function as the first line interface with customers, participating in PI/QC activities and maintaining department supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic, cat scan, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, or special procedures according to department protocols
  • Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure their imaging needs are met
  • Participate in PI/QC activities to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain department supplies and equipment
  • Process and transmit images to PACS
Requirements
  • Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
  • Appropriate national certifications in two modalities required
  • Current BCLS (AHA)
  • Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations
  • One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred
  • Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES
  • Proficient computer skills
