About the Job

The Customer Experience Specialist - Service Advisor will be responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services for customers. This includes scheduling service appointments, advising customers on necessary services, offering additional services and repairs, and ensuring CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) meets or exceeds company standards.

You will work closely with technicians to identify required maintenance, estimate costs, and enter itemized estimates onto service orders. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues will be essential in meeting dealership standards for repair and order production.
