Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a 'can-do' attitude, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with high accuracy.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and inquisitive, with a desire to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to diplomatically enforce deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, focusing on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
