Job Title: Director of Sales

About the Role:

The Director of Sales at Minto Communities USA is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives;
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results;
  • Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges;
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal departments to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales initiatives;
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance;
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting;
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of sales and management experience, preferably in the new homes sales industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal departments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales and market trends and develop effective solutions;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools;
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
