Job Title: Office Services Manager

Carnegie Corporation of New York is seeking a seasoned Office Services Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our offices. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and productivity of staff, as well as providing related services to support staff needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office services and building responsibilities to ensure the safety and upkeep of staff and facilities.
  • Establish and implement Office Services policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor and building management relationships.
  • Administer the budget for the Office Services department.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office services and facilities management.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques.
  • Ability to supervise staff and manage vendor relationships.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $104,000-$112,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
