Office Services Manager

As a key member of our team, the Office Services Manager will oversee the maintenance and management of our office space, ensuring optimal functioning of all facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers to deliver timely and cost-effective services
- Collaborating with the Office Administrator on office buildouts, relocations, and expansions
- Supervising and mentoring facilities staff, reception, contractors, and vendors
- Developing and maintaining best practices for reception and facilities management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a law firm, corporate law department, or financial services industry
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of applications such as Maptician and EMS
