Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Office Services Manager will oversee the maintenance and management of our office space, ensuring optimal functioning of all facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations
  • Managing relationships with vendors and service providers to deliver timely and cost-effective services
  • Collaborating with the Office Administrator on office buildouts, relocations, and expansions
  • Supervising and mentoring facilities staff, reception, contractors, and vendors
  • Developing and maintaining best practices for reception and facilities management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a law firm, corporate law department, or financial services industry
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of applications such as Maptician and EMS
