  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance work and its completion, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor and order supplies and materials for maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete our work efficiently.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the property management team and deliver regular maintenance reports on each property, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up to date.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of technical training in a maintenance-related experience.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications: HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds at a time, physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, and ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers.
