Job Description:

Techtronic Industries North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Administrator to join its team in Anderson, SC. As a key member of the logistics management team, you will be responsible for maintaining material handling equipment and supplies, as well as providing administrative support to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and maintain shipment schedules
  • Establish open communication channels with the supply chain team, customer service, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Manage data in SAP and MS Excel to track shipments, build orders, and maintain inventory levels
  • Assist with creating bills of lading and coordinating with distribution management to determine load out schedules
  • Collaborate with Shipping Supervisors, customer service, and Transportation Manager to resolve any issues with shipments
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in administrative or distribution capacity
  • Working knowledge of SAP
