POSITION SUMMARY: The Multimedia Operations Supervisor oversees the audiovisual team and manages the technical requirements for the venue. This role is accountable for the departmental budget and the maintenance of all audiovisual equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinates all lighting design requests.
  • Collaborates with Entertainment Technicians to oversee all electrical and audio tasks on-site.
  • Manages all audiovisual cabling throughout the venue.
  • Evaluates event execution to ensure production quality meets established standards.
  • Supervises the upkeep and repair of systems and equipment.
  • Responsible for budgetary allocations assigned by department leadership, utilizing funds for equipment procurement and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Leads and motivates team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, high morale, and open communication.
  • Acts as a mentor, providing guidance and developing team members through clear expectations and approachable leadership.
  • Supports staff in achieving organizational goals through fair policy application and procedural adherence.
  • Continuously seeks to enhance departmental operations by evaluating policies, processes, and program effectiveness.
  • Allocates resources to initiatives that enhance guest value and contribute to the overall success of Caesars Entertainment.
  • Recognizes and rewards outstanding performance among individuals and teams.
  • Ensures that each team member understands and is accountable for their performance objectives.
  • Promotes a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.
  • Undertakes additional projects as directed by property leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Theater Electronics, Computer Systems, or a related field, with specialization in areas such as lighting, audiovisual equipment operation, maintenance, and repair, lighting design, sound system design, and stage technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in entertainment or theatrical production, or as a master electrician or sound engineer.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to navigate all areas of the venue, including public spaces and back-of-house areas.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and grip items while performing job duties.
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is required.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and auditory signals.
