Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Assistant to join our team at Kelly. As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide technical support to customers.
- Understand pricing strategies, specifications, and certifications associated with quotes and orders.
- Respond to quotes within 24 hours and enter them into the system.
- Market and sell value-added capabilities and complementary products to customers.
- Follow up on quotes and gather competitive information.
- Enter orders accurately per QCI and SOP requirements.
- Maintain open orders from entry through shipment, coordinating with shipping departments and freight forwarders when needed.
- Resolve customer problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Work with accounting on new account establishment and collections.
- Collaborate with field reps on quote follow-up and customer strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- College Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Strong computer literacy with Windows-based software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
