Job Details

The Engineering Services & Products Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Clearspan Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the Commercial Building Sales Team and driving sales activity to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Building Sales Team, including sales revenue, web lead distribution, and sales process.
  • Coach and train sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet departmental key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify emerging markets and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to monitor sales progress and develop promotions and sales contests to maximize sales productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, including performance monitoring, coaching, and sales training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Skilled in time management, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Order Processing systems, Microsoft Office Suites, and EPICOR is a plus.
