Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Coordinator to enhance our team within the Engineering sector. This full-time, permanent role presents a unique chance to contribute significantly to our organization's growth and success. The HR Coordinator will oversee various human resources functions, with a particular focus on talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Coordinator, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
1. Formulating and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
3. Administering a performance appraisal system that fosters high performance.
4. Overseeing compensation structures and benefits programs.
5. Evaluating training needs and implementing training initiatives.
6. Providing management with HR metrics and decision support.
7. Ensuring compliance with legal standards in human resource management.
8. Spearheading the development and execution of talent management programs, including succession planning and performance management.
9. Collaborating with department leaders to identify necessary skills and competencies for open positions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources.
2. Experience in the Engineering sector is preferred.
3. Proven expertise in talent management and acquisition.
4. Strong familiarity with HR systems and databases.
5. Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
7. Capability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
9. HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
