Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The receptionist will be tasked with handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and offering assistance to staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the switchboard to handle all incoming calls effectively.
  • Gather necessary information from callers to ensure efficient call processing.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Welcome visitors and notify employees of their arrival.
  • Guide applicants through the application process.
  • Assist with various administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Maintain an updated telephone extension list.
  • Complete additional tasks as requested.
  • Handle personal health information (PHI) in accordance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in operating a PC and switchboard.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed.
