Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the switchboard to handle all incoming calls efficiently.
  • Gather necessary information from callers to ensure effective communication.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Greet visitors and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
  • Assist applicants with the application process.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain an updated telephone extension list.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
  • Handle personal health information (PHI) in accordance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a similar role.
