About the Role

  • ">
  • This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of our Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic.">
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for managing OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.">
  • We are seeking a strategic thinker who can recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor them to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements.">
  • The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program and a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.">
  • They must possess strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.">
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, eager to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company.">
  • The salary for this role is approximately $85,000-$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K).">

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.">
  3. Participate in interviewing, hiring, training of clinic staff and evaluate, manage, counsel, and terminate subordinate personnel.">
  4. Provide direction to clinic personnel and relay corporate mandates, goals, and objectives to field personnel.">
  5. Communicate effectively with staff via regular supervision to ensure the completion of performance goals.">
  6. Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies, and implement changes to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements.">
  7. Work closely with OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant as applicable, OTP Compliance Manager, and QA/QI activities in various areas including compliance with federal and state rules, laws, and regulations, and best practices.">
  8. Become familiar with OTP federal and state laws, regulations, and the application of such.">
  9. Maintain and update policy and procedure manuals and clinic operations manuals and procedures.">
  10. Serve as a clinic resource and provide or arrange for clinic training as requested/necessary.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.">
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.">
  • Understanding of clinic operations, with significant amount of time working in the field of substance abuse.">
  • Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State, and CARF standards and regulations.">
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.">
  • Strategic thinker to be able to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor.">
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company.">
  • Customer service focused, eager and energetic.">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
