As a key member of our trauma team, you will play a critical role in developing and leading our new pediatric trauma program at St. Luke's Children's Hospital - Bethlehem Campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the pediatric trauma program in collaboration with our trauma team.
- Participate in strategic planning and development of new initiatives to grow services within the department.
- Recruit and support a team of pediatric trauma specialists.
- Evaluate and improve departmental financial performance.
- Develop and implement processes to improve quality and service metrics.
- Participate in network education events and training of new providers.
