- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the customer service team and contribute to the success of the company.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail and accuracy; flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset.
