About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Credit and Compliance Manager to join our team in various locations nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining credit policies and lending standards for EGA, ensuring investment proceeds are used for eligible purposes and risk tolerances are maintained.

The ideal candidate will bring a range of experience and attributes to Enterprise, including an undergraduate degree, minimum of ten years of experience in banking and finance, real estate, nonprofit, or relevant field, extensive credit and loan underwriting experience, ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, meet tight deadlines, coordinate and communicate effectively among widely dispersed parties, and knowledge of pertinent legal documents to close, modify, and administer a loan.

Earnings and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $131,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
