**Job Title:** Compliance Program Manager

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, contracts, and grants. Your expertise will help us continue to deliver high-quality services to our youth while maintaining the highest standards of governance and accountability.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that our programs and services align with our mission, goals, and objectives. You will also develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts.

About You:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Business, Non-Profit Management, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in public administration, non-profit management, or a similar field.
  • You have three or more years of professional or technical experience planning the administrative aspects of a program.
  • You possess excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with grant requirements, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with our mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and other tools to track compliance metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
