Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and financial solutions to our complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an extensive portfolio of clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion.
  • Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients and prospects regarding industry trends and business issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in broad-based commercial lending/corporate finance/relationship management.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
  • Financial modeling experience and completion of a formal credit training preferred.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Existing knowledge of the market preferred.
  • Active member/participation in local community organizations.
