Opportunity
We seek an individual with the drive and expertise to support SMArtXs Strategic Relationship Management engagement and adoption goals within our client channels including Enterprise and Independent RIA firms FinTech companies Asset Managers TAMPs and Custodians. The ECG Teams objective is to assist our customers with their key challenges helping them scale their businesses and maximize the use of our solutions.
As part of the Enterprise Consulting Group youll need to be techsavvy and knowledgeable about Managed Accounts TAMPs UMAs and FinTech. Passion for our platforms capabilities and our clients success is essential. In this role you will manage critical relationships and coordinate efforts across our organization and thirdparty partners.
The ideal Strategic Relationship Manager is adept at navigating large complex organizations to grow and strengthen relationships fostering platform adoption and usage.
Position Requirements
- Ability to identify and proactively pursue customer and prospect opportunities.
- Quickly understand a prospects requirements and match them with SMArtXs value proposition.
- Professional communication skills written verbal and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands while achieving production goals within an assigned territory or account set.
- A strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and deliverables. Proactively takes initiative brings fresh ideas and demonstrates proven execution strategies.
- Team player with a strong commitment to contributing to our shared goals.
- Drive grit and a competitive teamoriented mindset.
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
- Series 65/66 certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in communicating the value of Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs) Managed Portfolio Solutions Asset Management Solutions and the use of TAMP solutions by RIAs.
- 510 years of experience in financial services or FinTech relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate support and maintain client relationships.
- Become a subject matter expert on SMArtXs platform capabilities and workflow.
- Host and coordinate executive and decisionmaker interactions and presentations.
- Coordinate and develop unified strategic plans for clients.
- Act as an expert on SMArtXs product and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate on contract terms and business agreements.
- Educate clients on new and upcoming capabilities.
- Provide platform/tech tool demonstrations.
- Report on pipeline and activity using CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
