Job Overview

Churchill Group Inc. is on the lookout for dedicated Security Operations Specialists to safeguard our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. As a visible presence on-site, you will play a crucial role in deterring theft, damage, and other unlawful activities. Your responsibilities will encompass access management, incident reporting, and regular patrols. Exceptional customer service and care are paramount, and it is essential that you possess a strong understanding and experience in these areas.

Shift Details

The role involves a varied shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends, averaging 56 hours per week, with some flexibility available for the right candidate. Churchill Group offers bi-weekly pay, enrollment in a company pension scheme, and genuine opportunities for career progression, along with comprehensive training for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security of premises and personnel through regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and inspecting buildings and access points.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience for all authorized visitors from entry to exit.
  • Maintain a standard of Service Excellence at all times.
  • Prevent loss and damage by observing and investigating signs of crime or disorder.
  • Deliver Front of House Concierge services as required.
  • Document incidents and maintain accurate reports and logbook entries to a high standard.
  • Control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
  • Adhere to risk assessments and assignment instructions to fulfill operational requirements.
  • Assist in training new security personnel in all job aspects.
  • Participate in training courses as necessary.
  • Respond effectively in emergencies and cooperate with relevant services.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations consistently.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the client.
