Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financials for grants and contracts.
  • Maintain comprehensive grant files and collaborate with program managers to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.
  • Monitor expenditures, revenues, and budgets, and notify management of any discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with tax and benefit regulations.
  • Assist with month-end closing, audits, and the development of financial policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • About 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Blackbaud is a plus.
