Job Description

Job Title: Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our team at NebulaTech. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of goods in our warehouse according to demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize delivery readiness and inventory levels
  • Check critical items on a daily basis
  • Create and process orders to various suppliers
  • Monitor and process order proposals as well as disposition-relevant item master data for new listings and changes to items
  • Check open goods receipts after the goods receipt deadline and report any remaining open goods receipts
  • Monitor inventory levels including expiration date monitoring

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training in wholesale or retail or in a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in the area of procurement/disposition
  • Knowledge of goods and trade is advantageous
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Confident and friendly demeanor, even in stressful situations, and careful work style
  • High level of customer service orientation and market-oriented thinking
  • Resilience, communication skills, and reliability
  • Independent and results-oriented work, high level of commitment, and ability to work in a team
