Job Title: Advertising Sales

HungryPanda is a leading online food delivery platform that connects businesses with consumers. As an Advertising Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
Advertising Product Sales and Execution:
  • Sell advertising products, particularly to local service industry clients, promoting HungryPanda's in-platform advertising resources and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop customized advertising plans using HungryPanda's products and resources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and effective delivery of advertising projects.
Sales Target Achievement:
  • Execute individual sales plans to meet company targets and achieve sales performance goals.
  • Analyze client advertising needs and provide effective advertising solutions to drive sales order completion.
Contract Negotiation and Signing:
  • Negotiate with clients on advertising pricing, duration, and format to ensure smooth contract signing.
  • Monitor contract execution and ensure timely payment and completion of contract terms.
  • Regularly collect client feedback and analyze advertising performance to provide optimization suggestions.
Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales departments, to ensure smooth advertising project progression.
  • Coordinate with the food delivery business department to arrange advertising resource allocation and setup.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of sales experience, with a preference for those with internet sales, business negotiation, and related work experience.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with strong ability to expand customer relationships and extract customer information, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into the team, collaborate with colleagues to complete sales and project tasks, and perform well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with computer operations and proficiency in using Excel, PPT, and other office software.

Salary Structure: Commission-based, with a 15-30% sales revenue bonus.
