Job Overview

At Skanska, we are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead our heavy civil engineering projects. As a Field Engineer II, you will have completed at least two years of experience in the construction industry and be familiar with various disciplines such as Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, estimates, and schedules.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical and professional development.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of heavy civil construction industry experience.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location

Primary location: US-VA-Portsmouth. Telecommute options available for select roles.
