Job Summary

Hello Subaru of Temecula is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our Service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating all incoming service inquiries and internet queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Coordinate with service advisors and service appointments
  • Manage paperwork and records
  • Meet sales and productivity goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work weekends
