Job Summary: ResourceMFG is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and requests.
- Use computer systems to access and update data, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
- Maintain knowledge of our products and offerings, providing expert guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Citrix.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
