Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Signarama Lynnwood. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans with management, focusing on expanding the client base and supporting existing clients.
  • Maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, community awareness, email, and networking with business owners and decision makers.
  • Sell consultatively, asking questions and making recommendations to prospects and clients.

What You Will Need: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, with a strong skill-set to successfully obtain new accounts, manage existing accounts, and build strong relationships. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual with excellent listening skills who can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
