Role Summary

The Product Operations Specialist will serve as the primary support for Kohler's Photography Studio. This role involves maintaining a precise inventory of Kohler products required for exhibitions as well as photo and video shoots across various Kohler Studio locations, utilizing an inventory management system. The specialist will ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the designated photo sets, as well as lead the installation and dismantling of products as necessary. Effective communication with team members regarding product status on a project basis is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and dismantling of Kohler plumbing products as needed.
  • Coordinate or execute the delivery of products to each studio set location.
  • Update Producers on product statuses for all photography sessions.
  • Manage Kohler products effectively by receiving stock into an inventory management system.
  • Assist the warehouse team with product deliveries, including operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Generate Daily Status Reports and identify projects that may be at risk.
  • Collaborate with the Beacon Construction Manager on delivery schedules.
  • Provide updates on product status during weekly production meetings.
  • Create product manifests for outgoing products and facilitate product transfers.
  • Schedule pick and pack operations with the Warehouse Manager.
  • Initiate product issue tracking for all photography teams in collaboration with the producer.
  • Repackage products, including barcoding, and prepare return manifests.
  • Manage products while they are at the studios.
  • Coordinate or execute the return of products to the warehouse.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory audits.
  • Assist in setting up exhibition booths for client walkthroughs at the warehouse.
  • Support product placement planning for exhibitions.
  • Potential travel of up to 5% annually to assist with product installations at exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or relevant trade certification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field, including warehouse and/or product installation.
  • Familiarity with Kohler plumbing products is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with plumbing installation and dismantling.
  • Ability to transport, lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a limited basis.
  • Capable of operating a forklift and demonstrating basic construction skills.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus, with ODOO preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to manage a demanding multi-project workload through to completion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
  • Must be a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.

The salary range for this position is $50,100 - $62,650. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors including the candidate's experience, education, and work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
