Reliability Process Engineer

Post Holdings Inc. is seeking a skilled Reliability Process Engineer to join our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
- Apply data analysis techniques, including statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, root cause analysis, and failure modes and effects analysis.
- Work with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
- Design and implement maintenance reliability projects, including selecting and managing engineering consultants and contractors.
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and technical personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, preferably with a focus in Equipment Reliability Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability, production management, engineering, or operations experience.
- Advanced computer skills and experience using continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
