Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing and leading the process equipment scope development and specification of multiple small to medium-sized capital/plant projects. You'll also provide technical support and equipment technology expertise for Process Engineering issues to plants and projects, driving technical influence and impact companywide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technical solutions for Growth/Innovation and Supply Chain through delivery of cost-effective, high-quality scope (FELs, Tech Briefs) and effective team collaboration.
  • Deliver project accountabilities through effective risk management, drive scope alignment, leverage technical expertise (SMEs, Platform Leads) and standard designs and specifications.
  • Influence and provide information on technical issues with plants and project teams.
  • Drive efficiencies, reliability, and lower cost by advancing technologies and standard/specs for areas of expertise.
  • Mentor and coach other engineers to advance the overall technical capability of the group.
  • Gain and exercise expertise in people and food safety standards and principles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field and 4+ years related work experience.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Travel up to 50%.
