As a Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead, you will play a key role in driving process improvements, leading the plant-wide cost savings program, and establishing and maintaining plant KPIs and visual factory tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the plant-wide cost savings program to meet annual targets, including identification, validation, coaching, and execution of projects.
  • Establish and maintain plant KPIs and visual factory tools, and serve as KPLAS/downtime reporting system owner.
  • Continually expand and enhance knowledge levels of Kellogg Work Systems, lean manufacturing, and industry "best in class" manufacturing cost savings projects and operations practices.
  • Support team approaches to solving problems, maintain positive and productive relations with the hourly workforce, plant management team, sister plant resources, and corporate resources.
  • Provide support and leadership in the transition to digital factory management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field with manufacturing experience in project and process management.
  • Extensive exposure in process improvement in packaging manufacturing environment preferred.
  • A history of driving projects to focus on building sustainable processes to improve OEE, as well as driving improvement through SMED methodologies.
  • Well-versed in working with Operations and Training Departments to ensure progression of Operations Team members, as well as mentoring Operations team members in manufacturing equipment concepts and processes.
