Job Summary

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our company program and implement company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between our company and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage costs and revenues to meet company top and bottom line financial goals, including expanding business, negotiating increases with customers, reducing operating costs, and making changes to schedules or processes.
  • Coordinate and direct operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both customer contractual expectations and exceed their service expectations, resulting in complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
  • Manage and retain a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with their position and compensation, understands and is trained for their position, and has a clear line of sight to the goals and expectations of the company and recognizes the impact their contributions to the company.
  • Travel is required for this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • May be required to have a valid driver's license.
  • Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance preferred.

Compensation

$100,000 - $110,000 per year
