- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage operations to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, expanding our book of business and increasing revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide regular performance updates to executive management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics or business-related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics/transportation, with a focus on business development and P/L management.
- Experience with TMS/CRM platforms and proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
Working Conditions:
