SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our business and increase revenue.
- Manage costs and revenues to meet company financial goals, including cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Direct and coordinate operations to ensure compliance with contractual responsibilities and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing comprehensive safety programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing training, coaching, and recognition opportunities.
- Travel is required for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance preferred.
Compensation
