About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and creative Senior Recreation Coordinator to join our team at Village Crest Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement diverse recreational and therapeutic activities for residents
  • Foster a positive and lively atmosphere through arts and crafts, games, music, and other programs
  • Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop a monthly activities calendar
  • Provide one-on-one support for residents who require additional assistance
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Long-Term Care or senior living is preferred but not required
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
