Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Recreation Advisor to join our team at The Bizzell US. As a Recreation Advisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and carrying out departmental recreational services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Assist in the development of a well-rounded program of diversified activities in the assigned recreation component.
  • Schedule Management: Post schedules of monthly activities and special events, and submit a schedule of special activities for the upcoming month to supervisor on the last Wednesday of each month.
  • Volunteer Management: Assist in the recruitment of volunteers and supervise and give direction to any volunteer personnel assigned to the recreation area.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain recreational equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition.
  • Culture and Community: Project a positive self-image and encourage enthusiastic participation in recreation programs.
Requirements
  • A high level of communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Computer Literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of recreation activities, games, sports, arts and crafts etc...
