Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are a high-performance real estate team at Giving Tree Realty, seeking a talented acquisitions specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, and we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and has a passion for real estate asset sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing our CRM to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Preparing letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Assessing comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study, and at least 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales. Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette are also required.
