Job Summary

Y-Tech, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture for our enterprise systems. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the architecture for our enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Requires a finalized DOD TS Clearance.
  • Requires IAT Level 2 (e.g. Security+ w/ CE).
  • Requires three (3) years of experience working as a system engineer.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • System architecture and design in high availability Windows Environments.
  • Architecting, Installing, configuring, and/or managing virtualization platforms (e.g. ESXi, Hyper-V, VMWare).
  • Administering Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), Active Directory (AD).
  • Administering or leveraging IT automation tools such as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), SolarWinds.
  • Administering Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE or other Linux environments.
  • Scripting for system administration tasks using Windows PowerShell, Python, etc.
  • Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or greater (e.g. installation, backups, high availability).
  • Configuring and managing Windows domains (Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.).
  • Citrix VDI * Applying STIGs/SCAP Compliance Checker.
