Job Summary

The University System of New Hampshire seeks a highly skilled Micro-Credential Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our educational programs team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of micro-credential programs that enhance student learning and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with academic departments and faculty to identify opportunities for micro-credential programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement micro-credential programs that meet industry needs and student interests
  • Manage the creation and issuance of digital badges for micro-credential completers
  • Provide training and support to faculty and staff on micro-credential program development and implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in micro-credential program development and implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in non-traditional student education, workforce development, and/or alternative credentials
