About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in building relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Identify opportunities to offer a full range of Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products and services
  • Analyze business challenges and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries and service requests
  • Open and service accounts within authorized limits, create plans for follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers
  • Provide information to internal partners and external sources to enhance the customer experience
  • Partner with financial advisors to understand customer needs and connect them with the right resources
  • Provide self-service digital banking options to customers
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent
  • 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs, demonstrated through work or military experience
  • 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
  • Proficient in proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
