Job OverviewThis role involves overseeing the daily operations of our physical therapy clinic in Mount Pleasant, SC. As an Administrative Assistant - Physical Therapy Clinic Lead, you will be responsible for managing clinic workflow, ensuring efficient patient interactions, and maintaining confidentiality of staff and patient information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procedures for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying as necessary.
  • Create a positive atmosphere for team building and set a professional example for staff.
  • Manage patient insurance verification, take payments, and build relationships with the billing company.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all staff and patients.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior management experience in a physical therapy practice is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Ability to lift or move equipment, stand and walk for limited periods, sit for extended periods, enter data into a computer, and occasionally reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Estimated SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also includes benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.
